| 机床用途与性能特征 |
1、本机床是一台三轴数控双端面磨床：磨头进给由U1、W1轴完成，两磨头同时对工件的两端面进行粗精磨，工作台往复由Z轴完成。
2、本机床主要用于加工太阳能行业的单晶硅或多晶硅等的两平行平面磨削加工，能在一次装夹工件的条件下，实现工件平面的粗磨和精磨，保证了两端面的平行度和粗糙度要求。机床自动化程度较高，可适用于大、中批量生产要求。机床采用进口SMC气动元件压紧工件，压紧力任意可调，压力均匀，装夹零件快速方便且稳定可靠，可使零件的加工精度得到较好的保证。
3、机床床身、工作台进给拖板、砂轮进给拖板均为铸件，刚性好，抗震性好。机床数控系统为日本三菱控制系统，编程功能较强，操作简单易学，并具有多种适应磨削加工要求的特殊功能，可满足用户对零件的加工需要。
4、机床同时配有进口激光测量量仪，自动对中装置，能较高的保证零件加工精度的尺寸分散要求，以满足零件批量生产精度要求；机床配有断水保护开关；配备电子手轮。 |
| Main usage & characteristics |
1. It is a 3-axis CNC double-endface grinder. The wheel spindle feed is achieved by U1 and W1 axis. Two grinding wheel spindles can be used for
performing rough/final superfinishing grinding on two endfaces of workpiece. Table reciprocating motion can be performed by Z axis.
2. It can be used to perform two parallel plan-surfaces grinding & machining for monocrystalline and polycrystalline. Rough & finish grinding for work endface can be carried out after one set-up, thus ensuring good parallelism and high roughness. It can be applied in either large or small sized production. With the imported SMC pneumatic unit and rapidly assembling & disassembling workpart, good machining accuracy can be guaranteed.
3. The machine bed, table feed slide and gri. wheel feed slide are also made of casting irons, featuring high rigidity and good anti-shock performance. In order to meet different grinding & machining requirements, Mitsubishi control system is also used with the features of strong programming function and convenient operation.
4. The imported laser gage and self-centering device are also adopted, thus providing good size dispersion. The water cut-off protection switch is also available. It's also equipped with the electric handwheel. |
