1. 本机床适用于太阳能行业，采用金刚石砂轮，用磨削方法对多晶硅长方体四平面的45°棱角加工。
本机床的倒角稳定达到有关的技术要求。操作简易、方便，质量可靠。
2、 本机床料架纵向运动，无级调速。金刚石砂轮旋转有专用的磨头电机带动。
3、 本机床电气分布在机床的床身、罩壳、电柜上，操纵按钮在电柜的顶部，整个机床电气布局便于操作和维修。对电源电压及频率的要求：AC380V±10%、50HZ±1HZ.
4、 料架移动由电机正、反转速度连续可调。冷却液通过电磁阀自动控制。为了安全。只有在罩壳闭合开关发讯时，按启动按钮，才能启动工作循环。磨头电机和控制电路均配有断路器，作为过电流和短路保护。

Usage & Application
1. This machine is applied in solar energy industry. The diamond wheel can be used for performing 45°chamfering on
four edge angle of polysilicon cuboid with the features of reliable quality and convenient operation.
2. Longitudinal movement for feeding frame can be performed with its varied stepless speed. The diamond wheel mounted
on the wheel spindle can be driven by the wheel spindle motor.
3. The total electric layout is easy for operation and maintenance. The operating buttons are all on top of electrical
cabinet. Power supply voltage & frequency:AC380V±10%,50HZ±1HZ.
4. The feeding frame movement can be performed by driving the motor which its c.w./c.c.w. speed can be continuously
adjusted. The coolant can be automatically controlled by the solenoid valve. For safety, the working cycle can be
performed by pressing “Start” button only when the door is closed. The wheel motor and control circuit are also
equipped with the breaker for protection of over-current and short-circuit.
